Barre is an energetic, fun workout that fuses fitness techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body by using light handheld weights. Barre is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with added cardio to blast fat.
Group Fitness Classes are complimentary to all members. Non-members may purchase a punch card for $10 a class or $50 for 10 classes and $100 for 20 classes
