Going out to dinner – a fun, relaxing way to have a nice evening with family and friends. But visiting a restaurant often has its complications for those of us trying to lose weight or maintain a healthy lifestyle.

If you fall into that category, maybe you choose a salad during your dinner out. You know that adding a lot of extras will drastically increase the calories, so you opt for a basic, very low-calorie, very bland salad.
