Classes
TRX
TRX is a dynamic gym class that utilizes suspension training systems to engage multiple muscle groups simultaneously. By leveraging body weight and gravity, participants perform a range of exercises that enhance strength, stability, and flexibility.
All Ability Levels
Barre
An energetic workout that fuses fitness techniques from dance, Pilates, and yoga to tone, define and chisel the whole body by using light handheld weights. Barre is the perfect
combination of strength and flexibility with added cardio to blast fat.

Biker Barre
45 minutes of cycling followed by 45 minutes of barre. The cycle and
barre workouts can be taken separately—or for a complete Biker Barre experience, back-to-back.

Cycle
Kesier Cycling is a 45- or 60-minute, moderate- to high-intensity, no impact workout. The Keiser bikes monitor watts, RPMs, gears, and heart rate if wearing a heart rate monitor. Our cycling studio is equipped with TVs for music videos and movie rides.

Push your body to the limit with barbells, dumbbells, gliders, BOSU, physio balls and more. This class is designed to improve strength and burn calories through a total-body workout. LIFT offers new workout ideas and techniques to tone your body and motivate every class member.

Flow Yoga
Flow Yoga is a Hatha-Vinyasa style class with elements of Power Yoga that increase flexibility, challenge your muscles, and boost your body’s fluidity through a combination of poses and breathing practice. Yoga mats and blocks are supplied for all participants.
