This Privacy Policy applies specifically to the Amarillo Downtown Athletic Club mobile app available through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Location access, including background location access, supports a core feature of the App that detects when you are near an Amarillo Downtown Athletic Club facility and enables a seamless check-in experience by prompting access to your membership access card barcode.

 

Important information regarding location data:

  • Location services are optional and require your permission.

  • Location data is processed on your device solely to trigger relevant notifications and functionality.

  • Location information is not stored by the App.

  • Location information is not stored on our servers.

  • Location information is not shared with third parties.

  • You may manage, restrict, or disable location permissions at any time through your device settings.

 

Disabling location services may limit certain App features, including proximity-based check-in notifications.

Fitness Class and Event Participation Data

 

The App collects information related to your participation in:

  • Fitness classes;

  • Personal training sessions;

  • Club events; and

  • Other programs offered through Amarillo Downtown Athletic Club.
